The official page for the upcoming sequel of Takaya Kagami & Yamato Yamamoto’s Owari no Seraph 2 (Seraph of the End ~ Battle in Nagoya) revealed the key visual for the series. The story will continue on where they left off, after they triumphantly defended Shinjuku. The Japan Imperial Demon Army’s Moon Demon Company led by Guren Ichinose (CV:Yuichi Nakamura) must prepare anew and strengthen their forces as they wage battle against the main forces of vampires in Nagoya. The opening theme song “Two souls -toward the truth- ” will be sung by fripSide, while the ending theme song, “オラリオン”, Orarion which means pray in Greek, will be sung by yanaginagi.

Owari no Seraph is a manga written by Takaya Kagami and illustrated by Yamato Yamamoto with storyboards by Daisuke Furuya. It first started serialisation in Shueisha’s Jump Square on 03 Sep 2012. The story begins at a time when the world is ravaged by a man-made virus, and that children are the lone survivors of this tragedy. Vampires emerged from their slumber and dominated the world enslaving the children. In midst of it all stands a 13-year old boy, Yuuichirou Hyakuya (CV: Miyu Irino), who dreams of one day killing all the vampires and bring humanity back.
Coincidentally, the theme song performers for this season’s Owari no Seraph will perform in AFAID 2015’s I Love Anisong! Anisong artistes fripSide and yanaginagi will be at Jakarta International Expo on 25 -27 September 2015. Check out more info here.
