A recent magazine leak has revealed exciting news for fans of Kuroko’s Basketball! The 30th issue of Weekly Shounen Jump! confirms a brand-new OVA titled “75.5th Quarter: Saikou no Present Desu” for the beloved basketball anime.
This special OVA will be included in the limited edition of the 9th and final Blu-ray/DVD volume of the third season, scheduled for release on Christmas Eve, 24 December 2015. The bundle offers more than just the OVA — it also includes the anime’s last two episodes (74 and 75), a special drama CD featuring Seijurou Akashi, Rakuzan’s charismatic captain, as well as three exclusive end cards, liner notes, and the Kuroko’s Basketball NG Collection.
The Blu-ray version is priced at 6,800 yen, while the DVD edition costs 5,800 yen, making it a must-have for dedicated fans.
Episode 75.5 will explore events after the Winter Cup, focusing on both the Seirin High basketball team and the Generation of Miracles as they navigate a memorable day. Fans can look forward to an unforgettable addition to the Kuroko’s Basketball legacy!
