  • Former Nintendo of America President Reggie Fils-Aime says goodbye to Nintendo

Former Nintendo of America President Reggie Fils-Aime has finally said good-bye to Nintendo but not before opening a new Twitter account for himself! In his new Twitter account he shares with us some of his most fondest memories of his time in Nintendo.

The first of which is the day when our bodies became ready for the first time.

One of the biggest games journalists Geoff Keighley even commissioned artist Sam Spratt to make this really amazing illustration even.

And last but not least, he received some parting gifts from the people in his office. He even received an actual, working Virtual Boy! I’m quite jealous about that actually.

I was mostly a Sony guys growing up playing video games but there’s always a soft spot for wonderful and original Nintendo games in my heart. I always carry my Nintendo Switch when I leave the house everyday and it has become my most used console even.

Being able to see all the announcements Reggie has made on behalf of Nintendo was a fun ride. From all of us at Wow Japan, we say thank you to Reggie for all your wonderful contributions to Nintendo. Thanks for the great times!
