  • Seishun Buta Yarou anime’s sequel film reveals new trailer

     

    Sakuta and Mai’s story didn’t end with the TV anime, but will continue with a feature-length film! Titled Seishun Buta Yarou wa Yume-Miru Shpujo no Yume wo Minai (The Young Pig-Rascal Isn’t Dreaming of a Dreaming Girl), the film will continue where the TV anime ended. And now, its twitter page has uploaded a brand new video for the new sequel film:

    The film will premiere in Japan sometime in 2019, and it will adapt the Seishun Buta Yarou light novels’ 6th and 7th volumes. The film itself won’t just focus on Sakuta and Mai, but the mysterious girl, Shouko Makinohara.

    Chaika the Coffin Princess’ Souichi Masui is directing the TV anime over at CloverWorks. Meanwhile, Free!’s Masahiro Yokotani is doing the series composition. As for the character designs, Saekano and Kiznaiver’s Satomi Tamura is in change of that.
