  • “UtaPri Shining Live” Announces Special Collaboration with Karaoke no Tetsujin

    Popular smartphone rhythm-action game “Uta no Prince-sama Shining Live” announced its special collaboration campaign with Kanto-region based karaoke chain Karaoke no Tetsujin (lit. ‘King of System’) – in the forms of a featured character songs repertoire selection in KaraTetsu’s systems, as well as a special collaboration drinks menu (available for customers who uses the karaoke chain’s rooms AND for take-outs).

    The drinks in the collaboration menu are based off the image colours of each of UtaPri’s 11 idols and each drink can be ordered at the price of JPY 600 (non-inclusive in any karaoke room’s usage cover charge). Customers will be rewarded with a free coaster gift for each character’s drink ordered.

    A bonus originally-crafted drink – named ‘Shining Live’ is available for order at the price of JPY 850 and comes with an all-characters coaster for take-home present. This special drink is only limited for those customers who make use of KaraTetsu’s rooms and systems.

    While the collaborations songs repertoire and special drinks menu are available in all of KaraTetsu’s Tokyo branches, only two of the chain’s Ikebukuro branches will feature thematic rooms with interior decorations based off images of the characters’ idol units in UtaPri.

    Fans of the 7-members unit STA☆RISH will have a blast of their time belting out favourite songs at the karaoke chain’s Ikebukuro East Exit Sunshine Street branch’s “STA☆RISH Room”; whilst those who prefer the 4-members sempai unit will equally enjoy themselves in the “Quartet Night Room” at the chain’s Ikebukuro East Exit branch. Reservations for the theme rooms will commence on 20 July 2018 via KaraTetsu’s website.

    The collaboration campaign will run for two months – commencing 1 August 2018 until 30 September 2018. Fans/customers may like to visit the official campaign website for more details, as well as to make reservations for karaoke rooms.
