  • SEKAI NO OWARI to Perform at Singapore GP Formula 1

    Japanese band SEKAI NO OWARI (End of the World) will be playing at the 2018 Singapore Grand Prix Formula 1 on 15th September 2018 (Saturday). The highly popular alternative group will be joining a line up of top international acts such as Jay Chou, The Killers, Liam Gallagher, Dua Lipa, and Martin Garrix.

    SEKAI NO OWARI originated from Tokyo in 2005, and currently has four members: Nakajin, Fukase, Saori and DJ Love. They have released three albums and several singles, and have also produced and written songs for other Japanese singers. Lead vocalist Fukase has also lent his voice for a Vocaloid voice bank likewise named “Fukase”.

    The Singapore Grand Prix is part of the FIA Formula 1 World Championship and takes place on the Marina Bay Street Circuit. It is the F1 tour’s only night race and the first street circuit in Asia. The Singapore GP is also known for its stellar entertainment, previously hosting acts such as Calvin Harris, Ariana Grande, Queen, Maroon 5, and many more.
