  • Kodansha teases Hiro Mashima’s new manga

    It has been almost a year since Hiro Mashima ended his Fairy Tail manga. And after some teasing from the man himself, it seems that it’s Kodansha’s turn to tease it themselves. This is because their English website has revealed three new sketches from Hiro Mashima.

    Japan … America … Europe… The world is waiting … Eleven months have passed since the finale of Fairy Tail. Now a new adventure awaits. On June 27, 2018 the new series by Hiro Mashima begins! What will it be about? It’s a secret for a little while longer …! But to tide you over, check out these preliminary sketches—revealed here for the first time!

    Kodansha confirmed that this new manga will indeed have an international release. However, they didn’t reveal its title yet, and even its story.

    Mashima previously stated that this new work would be a new series, and also confirmed it’s unrelated to his previous works, Fairy Tail and Rave Master. He also confirmed what Kodansha announced and that the new series will have its release on 27 June 2018.
