  • Fate/kaleid liner PRISMA ILLYA anime gets new sequel, Fate/Extra Last Encore TV anime gets new CM

However, they didn’t reveal if this new sequel will be another TV anime, a new film, or even an OVA. Hiroshi Hiroyama’s popular magical girl spin-off manga previously received four TV anime adaptations, as well as several OVAs. It recently received a new theatrical anime earlier this year.

And speaking of Fate, that other upcoming Fate anime, Fate/Extra Last Encore, has revealed a brand new CM. It introduces us to the series’ Rider, Francis Drake. Urara Takano, who voiced her in the original game, will be reprising her role as the legendary English pirate-turned-National Hero.

Fate/Extra Last Encore will also star Atsushi Abe as Hakuno Kishinami and Sakura Tange as Saber/Nero Claudius. SHAFT will be providing the animation, with Akiyuki Simbo directing, so expect Nero to do plenty of head tilts… because SHAFT. It will premiere “Next Winter”, so this means that right after Fate/Apocrypha ends, we’ll have another Fate anime waiting.
