The upcoming Boruto: Naruto the Movie is without a doubt, one of the most hyped anime movies this year, and to further whet the appetite of fans, two new TV ads were aired in Japan just a little over a week before the movie’s premier on 7 August. The new CMs focus on two characters who are very important to Boruto, and these two characters are ones we are very very familiar with.
The first video is called “Father Hen” and focuses on Naruto Uzumaki, the Seventh Hokage of Konoha and the father of Boruto.
The second video meanwhile takes a look at Boruto’s two father figures, his actual father, Naruto, and his mentor, Sasuke Uchiha, who are seen in the video, teaming up with Kurama the Nine Tails wearing a Susanoo armor!
Both videos also feature the movie’s theme song, “Driver”, by J-Rock band, KANA-BOOM. Previously, the movie’s teaser trailer teased who really are the parents for the new character, Mitsuki, too bad they censored it.
The movie will open in 7 August 2015 in Japan and will follow Naruto and Hinata’s son, Boruto Uzumaki, and his teammates, Sarada Uchiha and Mitsuki.
