To promote the second part of Fate/ Stay Night: Unlimited Bladeworks, the anime has teamed up with Capcom’s Monster Hunter online game, Monster Hunter Frontier G. The new add-ons provide some Fate/ Stay Night-inspired costumes not just for the players, but their Partnyers as well.
The collaboration offers Rin Tohsaka costumes for female characters, and Lancer costumes for male characters. Also included in the collaboration are weapons inspired by the anime, which include Lancer’s deadly Noble Phantasm, Gae Bolg.
Meanwhile, the players’ Partnyer Felynes can be equipped with Saber and Archer-inspired armors and weapons, which include Saber’s Excalibur and Archer’s bow.
Players can now equip these new collaboration items as they have been released for the game since 15 April.
Monster Hunter Frontier G is definitely no stranger to collaborating with the Fate series as this is already their third collaboration. The first two Fate X Monster Hunter Frontier G collaborations offered Saber, Archer, Gilgamesh, and Rider costumes for players, as well as their respective Noble Phantasms.
