Dragon Ball is currently experiencing one helluva revival with the new movie, Resurrection ‘f’ and the upcoming new Dragon Ball anime, Dragon Ball Super. Weekly Shounen Jump! magazine will be announcing some new details from that upcoming anime, and those details are now known following a new leaked magazine scan from the Shounen Jump!’s 28th issue, which was supposed to be released only next week on 8 June.
According to the scan, the series will premiere in Japan on 5 July and will be replacing Dragon Ball Z Kai in its timeslot once the latter ends, which will be at the 9:00 am time slot every Sunday (Japan Standard Time/ JST).
The scan also reveals that Dragon Ball Super will be collaborating with the Odaiba Yume Tairiku ~Dream Mega Natsu Matsuri~‘s treasure hunt event in Odaiba, Tokyo from 18 July until 31 August 2015.
Legendary seiyuu, Masako Nozawa will be reprising her multiple roles as Son Goku, Son Gohan, and Son Goten, for Dragon Ball Super, which will be set after the events of the Majin Buu arc, which is currently being shown in Dragon Ball Z Kai.
