• [ANIME] Kotori Koiwai and Manami Numakura to join Nisekoi season 2 cast as first years Fuu and Paula

The official website to the hit romantic comedy anime, Nisekoi, has revealed the new character design visuals for the series’ newest addition – Fuu-chan, the best friend of Haru Onodera, who is the little sister of (Team Onodera) fan-favorite, Kosaki Onodera.

Fuu-chan will be voiced by none other than Kotori Koiwai, who is known for voicing Renge Miyauchi from Non Non Biyori. She will be pushing Haru to admit her true feelings, just like what Ruri Miyamoto is doing to Haru’s elder sister, Kosaki. Haru meanwhile will be voiced by Ayane Sakura (Kantai Collection’s Nagato, Mutsu, Sendai, Naka, and Jintsuu).

Also, issue #14 of Weekly Shounen Jump! magazine will be unveiling another new addition, and she is the Beehive Assassin and protege to Chitoge’s bodyguard, Seishirou Tsugumi, Paula McCoy. This tiny terror will be giving Raku some new problems as well, and she will be voiced by Manami Numakura, best known for her role as Hibiki Ganaha in The [email protected] series. She, Haru, and Fuu will be completing the anime’s “First Year Trio”

Fuu and Haru are just two of the latest additions to the Nisekoi: cast, and expect them to further complicate Raku Ichijou’s already hectic love life as he will not only have to deal with Haru trying to get him away from his sister, Kosaki, but he also has to deal with his “false” relationship with Chitoge Kirisaki (which Paula will try to destroy), his “engagement” to Marika Tachibana, and the fact that the Yakuza, the Beehive Gang, and the police are watching their every move.

The second season, titled Nisekoi:, will premiere this April 2015 and will have its main cast of Raku Ichijou (Kouki Uchiyama), Chitoge Kirisaki (Nao Touyama), Kosaki Onodera (Kana Hanazawa), Marika Tachibana (Kana Asumi), and Seishurou Tsugumi (Mikako Komatsu) return and continue their ongoing love battles.
